Cowboy Cake / Stir Crazy Cake / Impossible Cake

a quick easy dark devils food chocolate cake

2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cup water or cold coffee

..............

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Put flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, cocoa, soda, salt in ungreased 13"x9"x2" pan.
Stir with fork, make three wells.
Pour oil in one well, vinegar in one, vanilla in one.
Pour water over all, stir with fork until well mixed.
Do not beat.
Combine 1/4 c sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
